Headed oout for an evening ride with my brother Aidan, nephew Tristan, friend JC and my wife Gudrun. Started near the checkpoint outside Windhoek. Looped through a local game park, seeing Kudu, Wildebeest and Springbok. Then following a rough 4x4 track and awesome grass lined single track we headed back towards Windhoek.

A big thanks to JC for letting me use his new bike while he rode my brothers old bike and lending his wfe's bike to Gudrun.

With the dry air and stony ground it is different to what we ride at home. Didn't take long to adjust to it. These are proper MTB tracks. There's no grooming or berms. But the fun factor is huge!!!!
